EL Wire is a flexible, plastic tubing that glows in its basic form. In more detail, EL Wire is a copper wire, that is wrapped in the powder form of the element phosphor, which provides its amazing glow. When an electrical charge is applied, it puts out a great glow in 360 degrees around its entire body, but emits no heat radiation.
