If you are buying bulk Laser Wire® or custom lengths of Laser Wire® cable, but want us to add an FC Connector, and polish the end, you're in the right spot. We made it easy to purchase custom lengths of Laser Wire® cabling and to have us make the connection for you. NOTE: This is only for the connection itself, this product is not for any length of cable. If more than one connection, make sure to specify the length of each wire.

How to order:
Step 1: Select number of connection(s) required. 
Step 2: Select TOTAL quantity of Laser Wire® Cabling by the Meter
Step 3: If you have more than one connection required, please input in the notes upon checkout, or email us at info@ellumiglow.com for the required lengths.

Be sure to select the correct type of connector. For reference, the OpalDrive Wearable module uses a smaller LC plastic connector, whereas the Capsule module uses a larger round metal FC Connector. These connectors are NOT interchangeable so be sure to select the right type.

Note: To use DualDrive (Laser Module on each end), make sure to select 2 connections per length of cable required. Be sure to make note in description if DualDrive option is required. For example, type, "5m DualDrive". A quantity of 2 should be selected on this product, along with quantity 5 of the Laser Wire® Cabling by the Meter

Shipping

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL (International). Most orders process in 24–48 hours. Custom cut or custom made orders can exceed this. If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering.

Returns

All returns require a return authorization code (RAC). Email info@ellumiglow.com with your Order ID to receive one. Approved returns receive a full refund less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

Custom Orders: Custom lengths of EL Wire, EL Tape, EL Paint, EL Panels, LED Strip Lights, Laser Wire, SewGlo and VynEL™ are non-returnable due to their custom nature.

Return Steps

  1. Contact us at 877-615-6556 or support@ellumiglow.com for an RAC number.
  2. Write the RAC code on the outside of your return package.
  3. Ship the item back per our instructions.
  4. Our team will process your replacement or refund.
