The new 8" Circle EL Panel is the newest size to our shapes collection, due to popular demand. This circle is perfect for tons of applications, and comes with our white phosphor with a white overlay, so it has a whitish appearance both when on and off. This emits a cool white output, so when using in astrophotography applications, adding a piece of frosted acrylic helps knock down the color temperature to a more neutral white. The silicon connection cover makes the connection area far more robust than previous generations, an all around great panel!
With ALL EL Panels, this panel does require an inverter to operate. These panels are capable of being powered with any of our parallel inverters that are rated for at least 60sqin.
