Take your costume to the ultimate level by adding these easy to apply and high performance EL panels. Glowing in vibrant blue, these EL panels are specifically designed to connect to each other, any of our EL Tape, and any of our EL inverters, which frees you up to focus on other things when making your costume. The Quorra Arm kit comes with two custom made EL Panels, designed to wrap around your arm, giving them a similar look to that of Quorra from the movie.
