We have expanded from a one man company being run out of a garage, to the burgeoning young company that you see before you today. This process of growth required careful pruning and direction; certain projects had to be put on the backburner until such a time when we are able to address all of the concerns associated with the expansion. We have received many inquiries, from small islands in the south pacific, to the great plains in Africa, to madagascar, for international shipments of EL wire and club lights. We heard the international cries of anguish and outrage coming forth from the darkest regions of the planet, and have finally found the solution we have been waiting for, and at a time when we are ready to support such growth. We are proud to now offer international shipping to over 220 countries all over the world. We have been looking into the possibility of using an international shipping service for quite some time, rather than having our each international customer do it themselves. Thankfully, we have finally found a partner that meets all of our needs, all while lowering our shipping costs to YOUR country. We are confident that we will be able to continue to offer the outstanding customer service that we have come to be known for, to our new (and old) customers all over the world. Now, upon checkout, simply select the international shipping option, and you will be directed to enter your appropriate billing and shipping information that corresponds with your country. Once shipped, your product goes to our international hub, they confirm that the products are all still intact and properly packed, which then finds its way to your country, wherever you may be. Before sending international shipments was always a debate, because many of these countries, do not have any knowledge of electroluminescent products and how they are categorized, or what to do for customs. In the past, this would leave additional waiting time for our international customers and was not the service we wanted to be known for. In turn, we ended up having to scrap international shipments to many areas of the world... Until now. This solves the biggest issue we have continually encountered when we have tried to ship internationally in the past.
Our fraud protection suite has also been upgraded worldwide as it was previously only effective in North America, so now everyone is safe to order across the globe. What’s not to love?
