One type of lighting that has become popular in nightclubs and with mobile Deejays (DJ’s) is DJ Laser Lights. DJ lasers have been added to their repertoire of lighting as they are an inexpensive way to bring an average light show to the next level.

One of the first considerations with DJ lasers is the color. Laser lights are available in red, green, blue, yellow, purple, pink and white with models having one, two or four sets of lights with animations and twinklers. To determine which color or sets of colors are best to use, one needs to examine the environment in which the lights will be used. For a darker and more intimate environment, the reds and purples are the colors of choice as these set up a kind of underground experience. To maximize the use of DJ lasers, one should use a multi-color laser. Having control over the colors of the show will enable the deejay to synchronize the lighting show with the music and complement the lighting scheme of the rest of club.
